This video is an unboxing/demonstration of the DX NeoDecadriver that is used by Kamen Rider Decade. Decade returns in Kamen Rider Zi-O with an upgraded version of the Decadriver called the Transformation Belt NeoDecadriver, which is colored in magenta in place of white and shows the symbols of all 20 Heisei Riders (minus Decade & Zi-O). The upgraded belt can utilize the powers of all 20 Heisei Riders.

This video is an unboxing/demonstration of the DX K-Touch 21 from Kamen Rider Decade. Kadoya Tsukasa returns in Rider Time: Kamen Rider Zi-O VS Decade with an upgraded version of the K-Touch called the K-Touch 21, which he uses with the NeoDecadriver to transform into Complete Form 21, a further evolution of the original Complete Form. K-Touch 21 is colored solid magenta and silver, with the number "21" on each side of the center screen. It is instead activated with the Decade Complete 21 Card, which bears the symbols of the post-Decade Heisei Riders including Zero-One, which is the only Rider from the Reiwa Era that is included in this form.
